Earnings disclaimer

Any payout figures, leaderboards, screenshots, or testimonials shown on Earnbase describe individual results obtained under specific conditions. They are not predictions, projections, or guarantees of what you will earn. Your results depend on your audience, the campaigns you join, view validation, brand approvals, and factors outside our control.

We make no income claim. Some clippers earn nothing in a given month. Others earn substantial amounts. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

View validation and clawback

Views are estimated using public Instagram data sourced through third-party providers. We reserve the right to recompute views, reject clips that breach campaign rules, and reverse credits associated with bot traffic, incentivised views, or other manipulation, for up to 90 days after a payout is shown.

Content responsibility

Clips submitted to the Service are the responsibility of the creator who submits them. Earnbase does not pre-screen every submission. We reserve the right to remove any clip that breaches campaign briefs, Instagram’s Community Guidelines, applicable law, or our Terms.

Required disclosure (FTC and equivalent rules)

If you publish a clip in exchange for compensation through Earnbase, you are responsible for disclosing the commercial relationship as required by the rules of your jurisdiction (for example, the US Federal Trade Commission, the UK ASA, or the EU Digital Services Act). Common disclosures include #ad, #sponsored, or platform-native “Paid partnership” tags.

Tax responsibility

Payouts are gross of any taxes you owe. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying tax on Earnbase earnings in your country. We may collect tax forms (W-9, W-8BEN, or local equivalents) before processing payouts.

Service availability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uptime, payout schedule, or that any specific campaign will remain open or be approved. See our Terms of Service for the full liability framework.
